Avenue Bloodstock breeze-up purchase, OURS PUISSANT, gets off the mark in impressive fashion for trainer Hugo Palmer at Kempton in a hotly-contested 2yo Novice at Kempton last night.  Jockey James Doyle sent OURS PUISSANT to the lead from the get go, he travelled well throughout and drew clear in the final furlong to record an eye-catching seven-length victory.

OURS PUISSANT was purchased at the 2018 Tattersalls Craven Breeze-Up Sale for 60,000 Guineas by Avenue Bloodstock on behalf of Hugo Palmer.  The beautifully-bred colt is by Tally-Ho stalwart stallion Kodiac from the family of Champions LILY OF THE VALLEY, BOLD APPAREL and HERO LOOK.
