The newly established Avenue Bloodstock, comprised of industry professionals John Ferguson, Mark McStay and Sam Haggas is off the mark at the 2018 Breeze-Ups purchasing two top-class individuals at the Tattersalls Ireland Ascot Breeze-Up Sale and the Goffs UK Doncaster Breeze-Up Sale.

The athletic Dark Angel filly purchased at Ascot is from the family of Champions Grey Swallow, Designs On Rome and Covert Love. She’s a good-looking filly and has a fantastic pedigree that is hard to match. She was purchased on behalf of Classic-winning trainer, Hugo Palmer.

Also active at the Doncaster Sale, they purchased an exceptional colt by Intello out of the Listed-winning Libys Dream for multiple Group One-winning trainer Marco Botti. He’s a strong individual and breezed very well.

G2 success for Arapaho

G1 winner Arapaho added a ninth success to his record on Saturday when successful in the G2 Sandown Classic at Caulfield.
