Who We Are

Having grown up on his family’s Oaklawn Stud adjacent to the Curragh in Co. Kildare, Mark is a graduate of University College Dublin and the Smurfit Business School. The former bloodstock manager to Godolphin, Mark spent 15 years working for Sheikh Mohammed mainly based at the organisation’s global headquarters in Newmarket with stints in both the Hunter Valley in Australia and Lexington, Kentucky. His role at Godolphin was extensive, involving public and private purchases as well as racehorse, stallion and broodmare management. Mark founded Avenue Bloodstock in 2017; his knowledge of pedigrees, conformation and the global market is invaluable.
